1. Preparation and shipping
Chabalala owns stock in most of the goods described on the site and quickly ship your goods within 24/48 hours (working day). For a rush order you can contact me to get an exact time email@example.com. Our product offerings and prices are valid until they are visible on the site, subject to availability. In the event of a temporary unavailability of product after placing your order we will notify you by mail or by mail as soon as possible. The standard shipping mode is the Mondial Relay and Intl. We will provide you as soon as possible a link that allows you to track online delivery of your package. Packages are oversized and protected.
2. Shipping costs
Shipping charges include packaging, handling and postage. They may contain a fixed and a variable part based on price or weight of your order. Particular care is taken to protect fragile products. We advise you to group your items in one order. We can not group two distinct orders and you will have to pay postage for each of them.
The products are delivered to the shipping address you provided during the ordering process. In the absence of the Customer or error in the wording of the delivery address, making it impossible delivery or non-complaint with the postal services within the time limit, Chabalala can not be held responsible for this error. It is then up to the customer to agree on a new delivery with the carrier. The additional costs incurred will be borne by the Customer.
The times indicated are usual average times and correspond to the processing time and delivery. Chabalala not be held responsible for consequences due to delayed delivery.

In Europe :
Mailed in Colissimo Europe (* delivery D + 4 / D + 6, delivery against signature). Buyer will receive the tracking number by email.
For the rest of the world:
Shipping by Colissimo international mail (D + 5 * Delivery / D + 10, delivery against signature). The buyer may request the email tracking number to firstname.lastname@example.org
In France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Netherlands:
Shipping with Mondial Relay monitoring (* delivery in D + 3/5: Indicative deadline proposed by Mondial Relay). Buyer will receive the tracking number by email.

5. Order Tracking

6. Problem of mail deliveries with
In case of delay in delivery, 7 days minimum after the departure of our warehouses, you must let us know by email with order number, so that our services require an investigation to the Post or any other carrier supported delivery. An investigation can last up to 90 days from the start date of the survey. If during this period, the product is found, it will immediately re-routed to your home (most cases). If however the product is not found after the 90 days of investigation, the Post considers the package as lost. After this time, Chabalala refund the amount of products affected. Chabalala not responsible for the longer delivery times because of carrier, including for loss of goods or strike, by that fact no refund or compensation will not be paid. To signal Chabalala any difficulty related to the delivery, the customer has a free online order tracking, accessible via the order details.
7. Customs Charges
When an order is shipped outside the European Union, customs charges may be requested by customs in your country.
The customer has 14 days from the delivery date to return the product in its original packaging for replacement or refund. The returns will be accepted only if the product has not been unpacked / used. Products sold under blister pack or provided with a warranty label must be returned in the state. Product return costs are borne by the customer (Colissimo against signature). In case of exchange of the product, the customer must pay the new shipping.
